Beth Shikler, M.S. Beth Shikler joined the staff of Congregation Shir Ha-Ma’alot in 2005. Beth came to us with over 25 years experience in the corporate world. She was Vice-President of a national corporation based in Southern California with responsibility for strategic planning, marketing, human resources and facilities.
Executive Director
One of the highlights of her career was serving as project manager for a 5 story build-to-suit headquarters building. She is proud that the project came in on time and under budget. When the building was completed, she successfully moved 500 employees from Fountain Valley to Irvine with no drop in service to customers.
Previous to formally joining the Temple staff, Beth was very active at Congregation Shir Ha-Ma’alot as a lay leader. She was a member of the Board of Trustees, the Executive Committee, the Board of Education, the Rabbinic Search Committee, the Rabbinic Transition Committee, the Torah 2000 Committee, headed the Administrative Committee and served as coordinator of the Children’s Choir and the annual Cantor’s Concert.
Beth has a Master of Science degree.
