Shireinu Project Youth Choir

Mah NiSHMa Youth Choir
$50 per student per semester | Grades 3-12

Mah NiSHMa, meaning ‘What’s up?’ or ‘What do you hear?’, is our youth choir for 3rd graders and up. Meeting Sundays after Religious school from 1-2pm, this choir enjoys a pizza lunch before singing. Under the direction of our Cantor, children will learn vocal techniques, music theory, and harmony. Mah NiSHMa performs on the first Shabbat of every month and will prepare and perform “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” in collaboration with the school’s art and theatre classes.

Led by Cantor Iris Karlin and anyone grades 3-12 can join!

Our middle and high schoolers will act as leaders and mentors to our younger kids. Harmonies and rounds unite!

"Mah NiSHMa" Youth Choir sings during Family Services on the first Friday of each Month.

Rehearsals are every Religious School Sunday except for once a month when there is a MiTY event.
